Theme Director Associate Professor Miranda Mirosa and Industry Representative Francesca Goodman-Smith recently appeared on popular talk show ‘Sarah’s Country’ to talk about food waste, and in particular upcycled food. The show is affiliated with news publication Farmers Weekly and highlights issues, causes and innovations in the agribusiness industry.
