Upcoming event: Envisaging an Aotearoa without Food Waste

We are excited to be hosting the Prime Minister’s Chief Science Advisor, Dame Juliet Gerrard, and her team for a two day visit, as they investigate their major project for 2022 on food rescue and food waste. We are organising a series of events and activities during their visit, including this public panel discussion on the 28th of July.

Envisaging an Aotearoa without Food Waste: A Panel Discussion with Special Guest Dame Juliet Gerrard.

Join us for a panel discussion with Food Waste Innovation Researchers and NZ Food Waste Champions as they share their expertise on what they envisage for a future without food waste in Aotearoa. We are joined by the Prime Ministers’ Chief Science Advisor, Dame Juliet Gerrard, and her team as they investigate food rescue and food waste as their major project for 2022. Upcycled nibbles and non-alcoholic drinks will be provided by Food Waste Innovation’s Upcycled Food Lab.
