About this resource: This resource is a video tutorial showing our Upcycled Food Lab’s recipe for ‘vegan spent grain cake’. This recipe utilises otherwise wasted spent grain from the brewing process. If you are brewing beer at home, perhaps using our Bread Beer recipe, you can avoid having to throw out your spent grain and create dessert instead.
